???????'s Cardigan

I started this Cardigan for a friend's baby about a month or so ago as a modified version of this baby jacket. I ended up using a smaller gauge yarn and doing 14 rounds and I added more rounds of edging and an accent butterfly very loosely based on the first round of  this butterfly. I added crochet buttons using the button pattern at the end of this (LOVE IT!!) cardigan pattern (I've done two of them since I first saw the pattern and will b"n post about those next time)

I was aiming for 6-9 month size but ended up with more of a 3-6 month size. I tried it on a 7 and a half month old Dina Malka (for whom this cardi was intended) and it JUST fit her.. which means it’ll be going to a different baby… 

sadness…. 
I’ll just have to make my DM something else!

Now to decide who to give this one to....
